East Bear Lake property: This property provides access to private and some public land east of Bear Lake.

Kippen property: This property is located adjacent to the DWR East Canyon Reservoir Wildlife Management Area, immediately northwest of East Canyon Reservoir.

Lavar Douglas property: This hunting property is in Box Elder County, at the north end of Blue Creek Valley, about four miles south of the Utah-Idaho border.

Tim Munns properties: These upland game properties are located off I-84 in Box Elder County in Blue Creek and Hansel valleys.

South Cache Livestock property: This hunting property is in Blacksmith Fork Canyon.
