Fishing and hunting in the Range Creek Wildlife Management Area
Fishing and hunting is allowed in the canyon based upon current regulations and the seasons. All possessors of current fishing and hunting licenses/permits must also obtain the Range Creek Access permit that is available through accessing the Division of Wildlife Resources wildlife.utah.gov. Hunters and anglers should read the appropriate hunting and fishing proclamations.
Range Creek WMA access permits are required from April 15 through December 1.
The total number of permits available will be 28 per day. A visitor must purchase a seperate permit for each day and may purchase permits for up to 5 consecutive days.
There is a $5.00 per person, per day processing fee for the Range Creek Access permit:
- These access permits must be carried on the person while visiting the Range Creek Wildlife Management Area and during the time specified on the permit.
- Possessors of the permits have read and understand The Terms and Conditions for Use of the Range Creek Property, and by signing the document, agree to strictly adhere to all the requirements state herein. Adults are responsible for all minors.
- The permits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
