Instructors
Volunteers are often well-established local citizens who can, and will, create local interest and involvement in the program. They know the local people, needs of the community, and when and where to set up local hunter education classes.
They have skills to offer which include, but are not limited to, teaching skills, expertise in outdoor skills, and specialties in areas of outdoor safety. More importantly, they have the desire to pass their knowledge and skills on to others.
Without dedicated volunteers the Utah hunter education program could not exist.
