How do nonresidents obtain proclamations?

The various proclamations contain the regulations for hunting in Utah. There are two ways for nonresidents to obtain proclamations.

1. Electronic download (previous page): We encourage you to read the proclamations online or download them to your computer; it's faster, less expensive and saves trees.
    
2. Free bulk mail delivery (printed proclamation): Call the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (801) 538-4700 to request a copy of the proclamation. We will send the proclamation via the U.S. Postal Service, presorted-standard postage. Expect delivery within two to three weeks.

Important

• Specify which proclamation you are requesting. Only current proclamations are available. A list of proclamations is available on the previous page.
• The 2004 Big Game Proclamation should be available in mid to late December. The busy holiday season may delay postal delivery by several days. Hunt draw application for bucks, bulls & once-in-a-lifetime hunts takes place in January.
