RICH COUNTY — Officers from the Rich County Sheriff's Department and the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources are investigating the shooting of a Black Angus bull in Rich County. The three-year-old bull was found dead on Saturday, August 18, in the area of Pole Canyon, west of Randolph. The bull was valued at between $3,500–$5,000.
The bull had multiple arrows in it when it was found. When this occurred, there were several camps in the general area. Investigating officers are following up on some leads, but are asking anyone who may have been in the area and seen something to contact them.
A $3,000 reward is being offered to anyone who provides information that results in the arrest and prosecution of the perpetrator(s). All information received will be kept confidential.
