Doe deer poached in Box Elder County

BOX ELDER COUNTY — Conservation officers with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources are seeking information regarding a poached doe deer near Bothwell, in Box Elder County.

Reported by a concerned citizen, the deer was estimated to have been killed at approximately midnight on Sunday, August 26. The carcass was left to rot in a field.

Conservation officers hope that individuals with information regarding this wildlife crime, or any other, will contact the UTiP Hotline at 800-662-3337.

A reward is available in the event of a successful prosecution of those responsible. Requests for confidentiality will be honored.
