Gunnison Sage-grouse Watch

The Gunnison sage-grouse watch will be near Monticello. There will be a Friday evening orientation and lecture by Guy Wallace on March 29, at the commission chambers of the San Juan County Building at 117 S. Main in Monticello at 7 p.m. The orientation will provide participants with instructions for meeting the following morning. The viewing will be on Saturday, March 30. There will be another sage-grouse watch April 12-13. Pre-registration is required and is restricted to 15 people per event. Call Brent Stettler at 435-613-3707 to register. This event may be cancelled due to insufficient registrations.
